Installation of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) & KNX automation systems, along with energy monitoring software in 35 luxurious villas at One & Only Aesthesis Resort in Glyfada, Athens.
The BEMS control system oversees all Ε/Μ functions in the villas, surrounding common areas, and pools. The controlled systems include:
– Cooling – Heating
– Ventilation – Exhaust
– Monitoring of indoor comfort conditions (temperature, humidity, airflow, etc.)
– Lighting schedules
– Boilers
The programming of the BEMS control system was guided by the principles of maximum energy efficiency and the complete automation of building functions, taking into consideration the needs of both users and the hotel’s Technical Service.
The KNX control system manages the interior & exterior lighting, sun protection units, and the HVAC operations of the 35 villas at One & Only Aesthesis Resort.
