Installation of KNX control system in a luxury villa in Filothei.

The installed KNX control system offers:

• Lighting Control: Complete control of indoor and outdoor lighting, with specially configured lighting scenarios according to the tenants’ needs, highlighting the unique architecture of the luxurious residence.

• Autonomous Underfloor Heating: Smart control of autonomous underfloor heating, maintaining stable temperatures throughout the day, offering comfort to the residents.

• HVAC Control: Full control of the air conditioning through the KNX system for optimal comfort and energy savings. Through installed thermostats in all areas of the luxurious villa, targeted and smooth operation of cooling & heating of the spaces is ensured.

• Weather Station: Automation of the external lighting operation as well as the shading systems of the luxurious villa using KNX Weather Station. By monitoring the position/movement of the sun, as well as the brightness levels of the environment, the installed KNX system has been programmed to automatically adjust the external lighting and shading systems.

• Remote Control: All programmed functions from the installed KNX system are controlled through a dedicated application for tablets and mobile phones, offering unparalleled convenience and flexibility to the villa owners.

• Third-Party Systems: With the completion of the KNX system installation, additional integration with third-party systems, such as audio and television systems, has been carried out so that the tenants can centrally control all additional systems of the luxurious villa.
