Our team has proudly delivered automation solutions for major clients, including Metlen SA, ELEMKA, One & Only Aesthesis, OAKA, Piraeus Bank and many others, transforming their buildings into energy-efficient, smart spaces.
As part of our continuous growth, Thelcon is looking for two (2) Engineers eager to grow professionally and specialize in building control, energy management, and automation technologies.
Position Overview:
You will design and program state-of-the-art BEMS & KNX control systems in a variety of environments, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, and luxury residences. By joining our team, you will collaborate on groundbreaking projects with industry leaders, both locally and abroad, and contribute to shaping energy efficient futures for leading enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and study of advanced control systems
- Programming BEMS control systems
- Programming KNX control systems
- Collaborating with clients and cross-functional engineering teams
- Conducting on-site building inspections

Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Polytechnic/University level)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Driver’s license (for site visits within Athens)
- Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable)+ Experience with building control technologies is a plus.
