We completed the design and installation of a Building Energy Management System (BEMS) at IKEA Patras, delivering full integration of the building’s core MEP systems into a single, unified control and monitoring platform.

Systems Under Control
The BEMS provides centralized control and monitoring across the following systems:

• HVAC — VRV systems and air handling units
• Lighting — full lighting control across all areas of the store
• Ventilation — supply fans and exhaust systems
• Energy Monitoring — real-time energy consumption tracking and logging

Outcome
By consolidating all building systems into a single BEMS platform, the store’s technical team gains full visibility and real-time control, with a direct impact on energy efficiency and overall operational performance.
