Energy audits at the Arivia industrial unit in Drama. The company is a major exporter, operating in more than 45 countries occupying a leading position in the European market.
For the cheese production unit, on a total of 9.500 m2, Thelcon realized:
- Recording, analysis & break-down of energy consumptions
- Recording and analysis of electromechanical equipment
- Analysis of the products production process
- Calculation of energy indicators, baselines and KPI’s
- Energy conservation proposals with a thorough financial documentation (LCCA etc.)
The proposed energy conservation measures include:
- Heat recovery through the inhouse steam production
- Improvement of the plant’s air-conditioning
- Control and measurement systems.
