We are delighted to introduce you to the brand new Ivis4 Boutique Hotel (****) in Monastiraki, Athens!
Thelcon installed a KNX system for the complete control of the lighting in all areas of the hotel and the restaurant. The lighting operating scenarios focus on creating optimal comfort conditions for the customers.
In addition, we installed a building energy management system (BEMS) for the complete control of the E/M systems.
The project was finalized with Thelsoft, our in-house developed software, so as to achieve complete energy monitoring for the new, state-of-art hotel.
