Installation of modern building control systems at the new headquarters of ELEMKA in Neo Irakleio, Athens.
The BEMS system enables comprehensive control and supervision of the building’s MEP installations, as well as monitoring of critical energy parameters, contributing to the optimization of building operation and energy efficiency.
Within the BEMS system, the following are controlled and monitored:
• Ventilation – Exhaust
• Air Conditioning
• Indoor comfort conditions
• Energy meters
• Water meters
• Heat meters
In parallel, our company implemented a comprehensive KNX system, which was fully integrated with the BEMS system, creating a unified automation and management environment.
The KNX system manages:
• Office lighting
• Architectural façade lighting
• Dynamic brightness control (constant brightness) based on space usage
The programming of the BEMS and KNX systems by Thelcon was carried out with the aim of creating optimal comfort conditions, reducing energy consumption, and achieving a high level of building automation.
